• CRISPR Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CRSP) and development partner Vertex Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:VRTX) announce that the first beta thalassemia patient has been dosed with CTX001, a gene therapy based on the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing approach.
• The patient is enrolled in a Phase 1/2 study evaluating CTX001 in patients with hemoglobin disorders. The first sickle cell disease subject should be dosed by mid-year.
• CRSP is up 11% premarket, stoked by Roche's bid for Spark Therapeutics.

I need your action quickly and also to help me spread the word with friends and family. As you know, bids are due today and if more than one bid is on the table then the sale would go to an auction. If no additional bids are presented, Bausch Health would be the winning bidder and a sale hearing would go through on March 1st.

We want to have a backup plan in case there are no additional bids or the bids presented are too low. We want to be able to propose a plan of reorganization along with a new lender at the sale hearing. In order to give confidence to the lender, we would want to raise capital to infuse money into Synergy. There are some very large shareholders who could make this happen. But time is against us so please fill out the following form. This form could be shared with an investment bank, Synergy or other parties leading the effort to raise the capital.

Keep in mind we will either go with preferred shares or with common stock not both. So if you plan to spend 50k you could buy 50,000 preferred shares or 166,666 common shares. So fill out both numbers. Thanks.

No ha entrado a pesar de hacer 40. Cómo se pasan. Según IB ha valido bastante tiempo 15 dólares. Para colmo han desaparecido la oferta y mi demanda durante más de una hora. Apenas antes del cierre ha aparecido de nuevo.

Esta el último día hasta el cierre conforme se acercaba al strike subía la volatilidad y la prima nunca bajaba, necesitaba recomprarla barata, cuando el precio iba a la contra la volatilidad bajaba. La borré de mi lista de seguimiento. Te encuentras cada cosa que para qué,,,,
